Preparing for Wednesday

Happy Easter!!!!! Hope you all are enjoying treats from the Easter bunny. Let's not forget the true meaning of Easter tho. The ultimate sacrifice Jesus God's Son made for us!!! As most of you know I head out on Wednesday....at 6:40 am, and as most of you know i'm sure that I am not a morning person lol!!!! I am pretty prepared....yes I am actually almost packed!!! Most of you that know me, know that I normally leave things like packing till the night before! But thanks to a snow day on Thursday I had nothing else to do! I just need a few last minute items and I am set! Last night at the Youth and young Adults service (at Heartland Alliance Church) they prayed for me I felt soooo blessed and supported it was amazing experience! When I am in Ecuador, I will be working first going to a local church in Quito, to hang out with the youth there and share my testimony with them, I will also get the chance to Argela Alta...which is one of the places I went to with the team last time! I can't wait!!! And then I will be Casa de Fe in Shell, Ecuador. It is by in the jungle area! There I will be working in an orphanage! In this orphanage there is approx. 50 children and 1/3 of them have disabilities. Which I have experience with working with! I am very excited to see what God has in store! I have a few things that I am asking you to pray for, 1. I am getting sick, it's only a cold but still I need to be healthy 2. That God would show me if He wants me to be doing further missions work in Ecuador, for a long period of time. 3. For peace when I am there. 4. That I will rely of God's strength and I will have God confidence! 5. And for safety as I travel, I have never travelled this far on my own. I know I am never alone...God is always with me!!!! Muchas Gracias!!!! Dios te bendiga, Carlita
